Maybe there was a day when someone would have thought this was a lovely border that they would like to have on their wall...but it's hard to imagine! Monday night I was finally able to start the project of taking this horrendous piece of work OFF the wall!!! Even though it is a somewhat tedious and messy job, I have to admit I am thoroughly enjoying it because I've wanted to do it for so long! :)

How much fun are you having right now fixing up your own place? I look forward to that too. Do you have all the border off yet? If you need any tips remember that my family has done a ton of projects such as yours =) I'm sure you're doing just fine on your own though.
Nice TV set up you have there! I bet it's really nice being able to just relax now and veg-out in front of the TV for a movie night.

haha! i know exactly what you mean by having fun ripping the border off! remember that ugly guest bedroom (aka storage room!) that is downstairs? well we finally got around to re-doing it, and i must say...it's very exhillerating to yank red & orange & brown speckled carpet not only off the floor, but off the WALL!!! hahaha! anyway, i can't wait to see your border-free kitchen! heehee!
