Julie and Jess sat in their traditional spot on the floor in front of the piano while they opened their presents. :) It's so funny to me how when you first put up the Christmas tree, there's no presents under it, but it still looks so fun and pretty. Then, as presents begin to accumulate under the tree, anticipation builds, and you can't wait till you can open them. But after all the presents have been passed around and opened, the tree looks so empty and bare with nothing under it...even though it's the same as when you first put it up. We almost needed a rake to help us clean up all the wrapping paper, boxes, bows, and tags afterwards!!

that was such a fun christmas! it was like playing in a pile of leaves with all that wrapping paper! :) it is sad though when all the presents are opened, cause the tree looks so bare underneath then. i always love how festive it looks, and how suspenseful it is. when do we get to open more presents? wow - just 350 days! hee,hee! ;)
