Teen Activity

I've been meaning to post some pictures from our youth group at Norway. We have a small youth group that is still in its very early stages, but we definitely have a lot of fun with them! There are only 3 girls so far, and only 2 of them can go to activities because the 3rd one lives too far away. :( We meet with them every Sunday morning during Sunday School. We usually sing some songs, hear a challenge, have 'small-group time' (when we break up into groups of 4 or 5 to discuss the lesson and share prayer requests), and then play a short game. We also try to have some sort of an activity with them every other Saturday afternoon. Our activities have consisted of flag football, capture the flag, game night, kickball, ultimate frisbee, scavenger hunts, etc. These pictures are from last month's big activity. Jordan and Bryan had put together a long list of locations at which the youth were to get their pictures taken with our digital cameras. We broke the kids up into 3 teams of 4 or 5 and drove them around and took their pictures! Jordan and I had the girls on our team (Jessica and Emily). It was so fun!!! They had so much fun doing all of the silly things!! :)We had to go to Goodwill and take a picture of the girls trying on hats!

We had to go to a grocery store and take a picture of milk, bread, and coffee all together.

The last thing was to take a picture of the team doing a pyramid at the church.
