This past Sunday was our church's annual baptismal service. Since our church does not have a tank, we get to baptize people in the lake! It's a very exciting time! After having a church picnic together, we walked down to the lakefront where we witnessed the testimonies and baptisms of 15 believers! Praise God! It was really neat to see several dads get to baptize their children, as well as one man got to baptize his mother! One entire family got baptized too!

In my church growing up we didn't have a baptismal tank either. So I was baptized in someone's pond!
I loved the Ebay post. I read the woman's story and was so interested that I actually visited her blog. She had like over a hundred comments on each post.
Praise the Lord! It is neat to see people come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ and to see the importance of baptism. Our church is growing so much right now; we are very excited at what God has and is continuing to do!
