Fun Week/Weekend

Jessica hitched a ride up to Northland last Tuesday night and stayed with us until Sunday afternoon! It was so fun to have her here and to spend some fun times together! On Wednesday, I took off about half of the afternoon and we went for a walk around the 5-mile loop. That evening, Jordan took her for a motorcycle ride into Pembine! :)

We also went to the Grind a couple of times with Jess. Jordan showed off his ability to touch his nose with his tongue. I do have a picture, but he made me delete it from this post.

Julie drove up to Northland Thursday evening to join in on the fun! We finally got to see her new car in person. Yes, it does have a name..."Cracker." Pretty cute! :D


Friday night we had a lot of friends over. We spent a couple hours playing Farkle and then a little Catch Phrase. But mostly we just talked and laughed. It was a really great time!

As you can see, this party was pretty exciting! Haha! Just kidding, they only did this for a little while toward the end. I just couldn't resist taking this picture because Josh looked so bored!!!

Jordan had some friends down Friday night as well. They were the kind of friends who thought that playing Halo was more fun than playing Farkle. ;)

Saturday morning Jess & Julie went to Lake Antoine with a bunch of friends to hang out. I'm not sure why, but apparently the only pictures Jess took while they were there were of her and Josh! I asked her to upload her pix from this weekend to our computer, which she did, and now we have TONS of pictures of those two! Haha! I guess I didn't realize things were that bad....


Jordan had to help the Bennetts move Saturday morning, so we drove the motorcycle into Iron Mountain to meet everyone for lunch at Arbys. Jordan and Bryce kept us all entertained with their story-telling. Wow, sometimes I wonder how they ever managed to survive their childhoods! Lots of crazy things were shared that day!! Haha! :D

Sunday afternoon we drove Jess down to Appleton to meet up with her ride, Brian and Jeanna Clay. We got to spend a little time shopping together, which was so fun! There's just nothing like shopping with sisters! I'm so glad Jess got to come! It was a wonderful weekend and I can't believe it's already over!!! :( Thanks for making the trip, Jess!! Love you!
