Favorite Things Friday

One of my favorite things is looking at wedding pictures. It doesn’t matter whose wedding it is, I just love looking through the pictures! Of course, I do find special pleasure in looking at the pictures of someone I know. ;) There is something so sweet and intriguing about looking at each of the participants in the wedding, noticing the pretty dresses and carefully arranged hair and observing the sentiments in their eyes. A bride on her wedding day is a fascinating person. By the end of the day she is transformed. She has no idea what her married life will be, but she hardly thinks beyond this hour’s happiness. She bestows glowing smiles, warm hugs, and sweet kisses upon her wedding guests while her thoughts are only of her groom and her love for him. Every wedding is different, which makes them even more intriguing. Colors, fabrics, dresses, flowers, themes, music, choice of attendants, order of ceremony, etc.; these all contribute to the charm of a wedding. So, if you happen to post your wedding pictures somewhere that I can get to them, I can guarantee you that I will sit here at my computer and click through all 752 of them!! :)
