Finally!

Well, in case you were wondering why there have not been any bear updates, Momma Bear apparently decided to move herself and her 3 cubs out of her den last week (probably because she was being disturbed by our less-than-sneaky photographers), and we had not seen any signs of her until yesterday. :(

But yesterday afternoon, Thad (another guy who works here at Maintenance) was driving somewhere out back and saw something dark move, and then realized it was Momma Bear and her 3 cubs!!! The cubs quickly climbed a nearby tree while Thad turned his truck around to go get his camera. When he got back, the bears were still there! He got several pictures of them, which he said he would bring in for me tomorrow (if he can remember!); but in the meantime, he did upload this one to his Facebook so I stole it from there to put it on here! Isn't it great?!
