I've been bitten by the sewing bug again! My latest project was making some things for Andria which I gave her at the shower. I thought they turned out so cute!!!
I made 8 of these burp cloths. They are flannel on one side and terry cloth on the other. Nice and soft! And don't you just LOVE that print?! I thought it was adorable!
This is a diaper changing kit for when Andria and her baby are out and about! The changing pad is made of soft flannel (brown on one side and green with white polka dots on the other) with batting inside to give it some extra cush. I decorated a travel-size wipes case with some coordinating material and trim, and also included a couple of newborn-size diapers.
This is what it looks like when it's all wrapped up.
I also made a couple pouches for other diaper-bag essentials. I put travel-size hand sanitizer and baby lotion in one pouch and an extra onesie in the other (I call it blow-out insurance, heehee!). So, this is a picture of everything together.

Those were the best! Next time you give a gift, I want to buy a share and put my name on the card :)
Jess, I didn't know that you liked to sew. "sew" do I! We must get together and do some fabric shopping. There are 2 quilt shops in Marion. Just finsihed a nursing drap for a gal at church who is having #3.
