Serena says she likes to go to her “class” (nursery) at church, but they don’t sing songs. ;) Bret’s doing really well with nursery, so I‘m thankful for that!
We had a party for Daddy’s birthday this evening when he got off work! The kids had SO much fun playing with their cousins and uncles! Serena loved sharing all her toys with Caroline until Caroline got a hold of Olie. THEN Serena got REALLY sad. When she finally got Olie back, everything was okay again; and later I was SO proud to see that Serena shared Olie with Caroline! What a sweetheart! She’s hilarious to watch play with the other kids! She loves to get everyone involved in games like jumping on the couch or Ring Around the Rosie! She’s so enthusiastic and thoughtful of everyone! Her little sense of humor is really developing too. At one point, she was caught by Uncle Luke and not too happy about it since she wanted to be playing with the other kids. In an attempt to get away, she said that he’s not her favorite anymore! Later, though, she recanted and said she was just kidding, haha! I guess she knows how to work the system pretty well! ;)
