Yesterday morning we pulled out at 7:45, headed for McKinney, TX.

It took us about 15.5 hours. We made 7 stops, I think. Serena did pretty well. She had a few sad times, but mostly she was distractable! :) She took a nap in the morning and one in the afternoon, and then fell asleep for the night around 8:30. She was quite the trooper! She liked it when we brought the dogs into the cab in the afternoon. Rocky even sat on her lap for a while, which Serena thought was pretty great!

We're staying with our friends Mike & Eltza for a night or two until our house gets finalized. So thankful for their hospitality and generosity to us during this time! God is so good!
