Playing in the Rain

Well, we made it past the 31st.  I REALLY thought the baby might come that night!  It was a blue moon and a Friday.  I'll admit to being a little disappointed waking up Saturday morning in my own bed.  As Jordan was getting ready for work, I commented to him how much more fun it would be if we were in the hospital holding a baby right now instead of getting him ready to go to work for the day.  :P  After getting over the hump of Saturday, though, I've been feeling pretty good.  I'm enjoying my last few days of pregnancy, and actually feeling really thankful for each extra day to unpack things and get the kids settled into our new new house!

Bret has really started to become a puzzle professional!

This firetruck one is his favorite, but he can do all of our puzzles!  When Serena was learning puzzles, she would sort of move the piece over its spot until it sort of 'fell' in.  Bret likes to find a defining portion of a puzzle piece (ie., a head) and fits it into it's spot and uses it as a swivel point to get the rest of the piece to fit.

We were going to go outside and play, but when I looked out, it had started raining!  I said we'd have to wait and go out later, but Serena really wanted to go out and play in the rain!  So, I let them!
