Visitors!

On Friday, Mom & Grandma brought Kaden & Keira down for the day.  It's always a BIG deal to have visitors, so Serena was extremely excited when I told her they were coming!  We all had such a great time together!

Serena convinced them to play her favorite thing:  TEA PARTY!!!!

Making sure everyone gets 'some'  ;)

Kaden did a good job playing tea party with Serena!  He played so sweetly with her!
Now for a series of pictures that were our attempt at getting a good one of all four.  Pretty much futile, but it was worth a try!  ;)
Lots of cheese from Kaden  ;)

Earth to Keira!

Not too bad

All done, haha!

A big box.  One of the world's best toys ever!
Jordan helped us keep Kaden busy.  He took him out to do some work and Kaden got to ride in the tractor and even got to operate the bucket!  Kaden was pretty proud of himself.  ;)  He also got to bring home some pretty cool souvenirs (besides some very sandy clothes):  a feather from one of the pigeons that he got to hold and a couple of corn cobs with corn still on them from the field over by camp.
Lunch time - a Kaden & Keira classic:  tortillas with beans, cheese, and sour cream (we also had guacamole and salsa!!!)
It was messy!!!  I used old t-shirts of Jordan's for bibs since I didn't have any extras!
After lunch, we took a walk over to camp to keep everyone busy since we were now encroaching on naptimes!  ;)

Kaden was so excited about getting the chance to climb on the big sand pile (he informed us that it was a sand PILE when he heard us refer to it once as a mountain of sand, haha!)

Mom was pretty happy that Julia had thought to pack an extra set of clothes for Kaden!

Very sandy and proud of it!

And Gram too!
Okay, so the goodbye ritual was too sweet!  Hugs all around from Serena and Kaden.  But Kaden forgot to give me one; so after he'd already left to go get in the truck, he suddenly reappeared at the door.  "I forgot to say goodbye," he said.  Awwwe!!  <3
